The Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the wahistore.com website.
We partner with third party print on demand suppliers, including Printify, to fulfill all product orders. Each item is custom-made upon order, which means we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified issue with your order.

Return Window
If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
1. Notify Us
Email us: [email protected] with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Attach photos showing the problem (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or defective )
2. Review & Response
We will review your claim in coordination with our production partner (Printify). If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
You generally do not need to return the item unless requested. In most cases, Printify will approve replacements or refunds based on photo evidence alone.
If a return is requested:
Use the original packaging if possible
Include any authorization forms provided
Return shipping details will be provided
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Products: We cover all costs associated with returning or replacing the item.
Buyer’s Remorse/Wrong Size: Since all products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect size selections or changes of mind. Please consult the size charts provided before ordering.
Wrong Item Received: If your product doesn’t match your order, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Misprint or Production Error: Covered fully under our refund/replacement policy.
Damaged in Transit: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows the order has not been delivered after the expected timeframe, contact us for investigation and resolution.
Claim Deadline: Submit issues within 30 days of product delivery.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds or replacements are typically processed within 7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-printed apparel or accessories unless defective
Items with user-submitted artwork or personalization
Socks, underwear, and other hygiene-sensitive items unless unused and unopened
Returns are only accepted if requested and authorized by our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
