Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are custom printed and typically processed within 2–5 business days. Production begins once your order is confirmed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military/diplomatic locations.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 6–15 business days (including production)
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available for the product)
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wahi Store only ships within the United States. No import duties or customs taxes apply.
Damaged or Lost Items
Wahi Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our customer support team to initiate a claim. Be sure to retain the packaging and take clear photos of the product for reference.
