SHIPPING

How do you ship & what is the price?

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. In general, most of our products ship the USA in 6-9 business days (Please allow up to 3 business days for processing).

Where do you ship your products from?

All of our products are shipped from warehouse locations throughout the United States.  We automatically choose the closest location to your address to ensure shipping is as quick as possible.

Why didn't my shipment come in one package?

We ship orders from various warehouses in the United States. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases or diplomatic locations.

How do you ship?

We ship orders from our fulfilment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS mostly, and occasionally with UPS & FedEx. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All of our items are shipped fast, right here in the USA. Because we fulfil all of our items from the USA you can expect to receive them on average in 6-9 business days.

How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive that email.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via a variety of payment methods. All products are listed in US Dollars.

Can I pay COD - Cash on delivery?

No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

ORDER

How do I place an order?

First of all, visit our store at wahistore.com. Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" & "Check out". Finally, fill in your information and pay. That's it!

My product has a problem. What can I do?

What to do in 3 steps:

Step 1

Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.

Step 2

If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.

Step 3

Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 and 2, you should contact us at [email protected].

What if the product is broken?

Once shipped, delivery across the 48 contiguous U.S. states + DC takes about 6–15 business days total (including production and transit).

Since we custom-make each item, your order may be fulfilled by different print partners. That means items might ship separately and arrive in different packages; even if you ordered them together. Don’t worry, you'll get tracking for each one!

What countries do you ship to?

Right now, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or internationally at this time.

How do you ship?

We work with trusted shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping method is based on your location, the item ordered, and the print provider fulfilling it. You'll always receive a tracking link once your order ships.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order is custom-made, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing. After that, delivery usually takes another 4–10 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 6–15 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier info. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking emails. Please note: That the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive that email.

My product has a problem. What can I do?

We're really sorry about that! If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, just email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

What if the product is broken?

Since all our products are custom-made just for you, we take quality seriously. If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Make sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll work with our print partner to get you a replacement or a refund—no need to return the item in most cases.
